In recent months, Westlite Dormitories have been fortunate to receive generous donations of brand new bicycles for our migrant workers and dormitory maintenance staff. Many of our residents use these bicycles to travel to nearby shops, MRT stations, and bus stops during their days off, significantly improving their transportation convenience. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Wheels For Hope for facilitating this initiative and connecting us with Unspokin' , who generously donated these beautiful bicycles, much to the joy and appreciation of our residents. 🙏

During National Day week, the vibrant community of migrant workers across Westlite dormitories in Singapore enjoyed an array of exciting activities that brought everyone together in the spirit of unity and celebration.

🎉 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀 @ 𝐖𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐍: To pay tribute to our hardworking migrant workers, Project Chulia Street organized a spectacular fiesta filled with delicious bento meals, fresh fruits, drinks, and live entertainment including magic shows and a lively band performance. As a heartwarming gesture, they also donated cartons of frozen fish, bringing smiles to the faces of Westlite Papan residents.

These heartwarming activities not only celebrated National Day but also highlighted the unity, diversity, and camaraderie among our migrant worker community. Residents from all 9 Westlite dormitories gathered last Sunday at Kranji Recreation Centre to commemorate Hari Raya Haji. The event was filled with joy as they savored a scrumptious dinner featuring chicken biryani, satay, and refreshing drinks.

Exciting games were organized, and lucky participants walked away with Bluetooth speakers and backpacks. The evening was made even more enchanting with the captivating performances of a dynamic duo, who enthralled the audience with renditions of Blangalah and Tamil songs.

Everyone was also mesmerized by the abundance of talented residents who delighted us with their lively and melodious tunes. A big congratulations to the winners of the Talent Quest, who not only earned themselves well-deserved prizes but also cash rewards.
